What people seem to be missing, or are being duped on, is the truth about the numbers. Deficit hawks screech on about the dire need to get it under control.  However, it seems to be that it IS under control and it IS being managed quite well by the Obama administration. (Don't get me started on why the Obama folks are not actually leading with the facts and numbers, and letting the liars and idiots frame the conversation.)

FACT:  During Obama's years in office, the deficit has dropped at the fastest rate since the end of World War Two.  It is down from the W Bush era's $1.4 Trillion to around $850 billion.  While a huge number still, it is getting close to being HALF of what it was 4 years ago.  That is huge.

Why is this not being talked about?
